Prof. P. Shanthi completed her BSc Chemistry from Holy Cross College, Nagercoil, LLB and LLM from Law Academy Law College, Thiruvanathapuram. Started as a Junior Lecture in Madurai Law College in 1988. From 1990-92 she worked in Government Law College, Ernakulam. From 1998-2011 she worked as an Associate Professor in Government Law college, Thiruvanathapuram. During 2012-2017 she worked in SN College of Legal Studies, Kollam as a Law Professor.
